1. General

1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all participating Medihelp (‘the Scheme’) members and their dependants (collectively referred to as ‘beneficiaries’) who have enrolled on the Medihelp Parenting journey (‘the journey’) and who have children under the age of five years old and who subscribe to the Parent Sense app (‘the app’) as part of a benefits offered to them by the Scheme.

1.2. These terms and conditions apply in addition to, and the Parent Sense standard terms and conditions found at https://parentsense.app/terms-conditions/. Beneficiaries described in clause 1.1 above must accept the Parent Sense standard terms and conditions in order to subscribe to the app and to receive the Parent Sense benefits offered to beneficiaries by virtue of their membership of the Scheme and enrolment on the Scheme’s Parenting journey.

1.3. Beneficiaries who have enrolled on the journey and subscribed to the app shall have access to the following benefits, funded by the Scheme:

1.3.1. Premium access to the mobile app and/or web app for one year

1.3.2. Free access to monthly webinars 

1.3.3. Access to all Parent Sense courses including the Birth and Lactation course

1.3.4 Access to a robust home play programme 

1.3.5 Free access to Aiah chatbot

1.4 Any of the services listed above that are not used within the one-year Premium access period will expire. As these services are funded by the Scheme, beneficiaries may not claim the specified services through both the Parent Sense app and another registered healthcare provider for the same pregnancy. Benefits may be claimed per pregnancy either through Parent Sense or through another registered healthcare provider. If claimed through another registered healthcare provider, the registered Rules of the Scheme and the benefits stated therein will apply.

1.5. All maternity services and benefits are only available to members who are registered with Medihelp and are either pregnant or have children under the age of five.

1.6 As a Medihelp beneficiary, you consent to Parent Sense sharing your and/or the main member’s personal information with the Scheme, including the products and services you use within the app, as well as your app usage information.

Data sharing between Parent Sense and the Scheme is necessary to offer and manage the products and services set out in these terms.

1.7. If you have any questions about your Parent Sense benefits as a Medihelp beneficiary, please contact us via https://parentsense.app/help/ or email [email protected]. Please mention that you are contacting us as a Medihelp member. 

1.8. Parent Sense reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes in terms and conditions by email.
