Free Medihelp maternity bag
A custom maternity bag filled with maternity samples, goodies and a Medihelp gift, to help you through those first few weeks. Order it in the app from 30 weeks pregnant up to 6 weeks after your baby's birth, or pre-order from 24 weeks.
Available to Medihelp members and their dependants who are enrolled on the Medihelp Parenting journey and who are pregnant or have children under the age of five.

From 1 October 2026, pregnant Medihelp members and their dependants can order a free, Medihelp-branded maternity bag, packed with samples, goodies and a Medihelp gift. It's delivered by courier to your door, anywhere in South Africa.
- 1Download the Parent Sense app.
- 2Link your Medihelp membership under More > Link Corporate Membership.
- 3Order your bag in the app. Pre-order from 24 weeks, with dispatch from 30 weeks.
How to activate your subscription
- 1Get the Parent Sense app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, or scan the QR code provided by Medihelp.
- 2Open the app and create your Parent Sense account by signing up with your email address.
- 3When prompted, choose Medihelp from the drop-down list of corporate partners.
- 4Enter your Medihelp membership number and tap Next to activate your free Premium subscription, you'll immediately unlock courses, webinars, trackers and more.
