Meg Faure is an Occupational Therapist and Infant Specialist with over 25 years of experience working with babies, toddlers and their families. She is the co-author of eight bestselling parenting titles including Baby Sense and Weaning Sense, founder of Play Sense and creator of the Parent Sense app. Meg consults regularly, presents at local and international conferences, and is passionate about translating infant science into practical, reassuring guidance for parents.

Dr Claudia Gray – Paediatrician
Claudia Gray is a paediatrician with further subspecialist training in allergies and pharmacology, with extensive experience in both the United Kingdom and South Africa. She runs her own paediatric and adolescent centre in Cape Town and consults as a medical advisor to the Sports Science Institute of South Africa. Claudia has over 100 publications in local and international high-impact journals and is the author of several textbooks and the recently published Real Parenting and Paediatrics. She is passionate about sharing honest, practical information on paediatrics and parenting – without the noise.

Kath Megaw is a registered paediatric dietitian with extensive clinical experience in infant and toddler nutrition, gut health and feeding challenges from birth through early childhood. She is the co-author of Weaning Sense and Allergy Sense with Meg Faure, and consults regularly with families navigating complex feeding journeys. Kath presents at conferences locally and internationally and is passionate about helping families build strong nutritional foundations – practically and without overwhelm.
