Nadia Szczesiak is a certified Parent Coach and the founder of The Present Parent. She is passionate about helping parents rediscover the joy in parenting by gaining a deeper understanding of both themselves and their children. Through workshops, community events, and personalised coaching — both one-on-one and in groups — Nadia supports parents in making intentional mindset shifts, navigating triggers and beliefs, and building practical strategies that align with their family values, so they can feel more present, confident, and fulfilled in the season they are in.
Lara Schoenfeld
Lara Schoenfeld is an Occupational Therapist, certified Life Coach, and co-founder of Play Sense. She is passionate about supporting working mothers in releasing guilt, reconnecting with their values, and navigating the demands of family and work life with confidence and intention. Lara is also the founder of Nanny ’n Me, a programme dedicated to empowering nannies through play-based early childhood development. Drawing on her expertise in child development and her lived experience as a mother, Lara brings practical tools, insight, and compassion to the families and caregivers she supports.
