1.How do I activate my Parent Sense subscription from Sasolmed?
2. If I have already signed up for the app but haven’t signed up using my corporate membership number how do I activate my subscription?

3. What is the difference between the free and premium version of the app?
The premium version of the app gives you access to all content, articles, toolkits, and tracking for you and baby. The free version has limited functionality.
4. How long is my subscription for?
One year
5. Can I use the app if I am pregnant?
Yes. We provide expecting parents with weekly email throughout their pregnancy with information about her stage of pregnancy, changes in her body and her baby’s development, as well as useful advice and tips.
Aiah is also available for all members free of charge. This ai chatbot will be able to help you with all your pregnancy related questions.
You will be able to test the app using our trial baby, Charlie, during your pregnancy but the app tracking, advice and functionality is most valuable once the baby is born.

FAQ’s: THE COURSES
1. What courses do I have access to?
You will have access to all our Parent Sense courses. The only courses you won’t have access to are the courses for professionals.
2. How do I redeem the courses?
These courses will be preloaded onto your profile when you activate your Sasolmed subscription.
FAQ’s: THE MATERNITY BAGS

3. If I have multiple pregnancies am I eligible for more than one bag?
Yes, you are entitled to one bag per baby. Please make sure you indicate this on your bag form.
4. Can I claim my maternity bag after the birth of my baby?
Yes, you can claim your maternity bag up to three months after the birth of your baby and then the benefit will lapse.
5. When am I eligible to claim my maternity bag?
Once you have reached 26 weeks you are eligible to claim your baby bag.
6. How do I apply for my baby bag?
You complete the online form (here) which will include the details of the location you want the bag to be delivered.
Please make sure to include all relevant address details (postal code, flat/house number etc).
Please note although you can register for your baby bag at any stage during your pregnancy your bag won’t be delivered until after 26 weeks of pregnancy.
7. How long does it take to deliver my baby bag?
Once we have received your form, if you are eligible to receive delivery it can take 5-7 working days to verify and dispatch the bag. Once it’s with our courier it can take 2-5 days.
If you are eligible to receive delivery of your baby (i.e you are 26+ weeks pregnant you will receive your bag within 10 working days).
8. Where will my baby bag be delivered?
It will be couriered to the address you provide on the form.
9. Can I track the courier of my baby bag?
Yes. The Parent Sense team will send you the courier details to the mobile number or email address provided so you are able to track your delivery.
10. What happens if I am not available to receive my delivery?
The courier company will try and deliver the parcel over the course of 30 days before retuning it. All delivery terms and conditions can be found here.
