Momentum members must register their pregnancy with Momentum in order to activate their Parent Sense subscription.

Once your pregnancy is registered through the ?, you will receive access to the Parent Sense app within 48 hours.

Please note:

  • Members must ensure their pregnancy registration is completed with Momentum.

  • Access to Parent Sense will only activate after this registration.

  • It may take up to 48 hours for the Parent Sense subscription to reflect.

    Another option:

    Momentum members can activate their Parent Sense subscription by registering their pregnancy with Momentum via the ?.

    Once registration is completed, access to the Parent Sense app will be enabled within 48 hours. Please allow the full 48 hours for activation to reflect.

The premium version of the app gives you access to all content, articles, toolkits, and tracking for you and baby. The free version has limited functionality.

Until your baby is one years old. 

Yes. We have in-depth content for pregnant moms on the app and a weekly email journey. 

Aiah is also available for all members free of charge. This AI chatbot will be able to help you with all your pregnancy related questions. 

FAQ's: THE COURSES

1. What courses do I have access to?

You will have access to all our Parent Sense courses. The only courses you won’t have access to are the courses for professionals. 

2. How do I redeem the courses?

These courses will be preloaded onto your profile when you activate your Momentum premium subscription.

  1. You have free access to aiah chatbot as part of their benefits provided by Momentum.

FAQ’s: LACTATION CONSULTATION

Momentum Medical Scheme members have access to a Lactation Consultation as part of their benefits.

This consultation offers gentle, expert support from a qualified lactation consultant, helping parents establish and maintain feeding in the early days. Support is tailored to your needs and may include guidance on latch, positioning, milk supply, feeding challenges, and reassurance during the postpartum period.

You’ll receive access to your Lactation Consultation via one of the following channels:

  • A Parent Sense email

  • The Parent Sense app

  • An SMS link, where applicable

Once you open any of these, you’ll be guided to the Lactation Consultation information and booking flow.

The number of Lactation Consultations available is determined by your Momentum Medical Scheme benefits.

Please refer to your benefit confirmation communication or contact the Parent Sense support team if you are unsure of your allocation.

Your Lactation Consultation provides personalised, practical support, including:

  • Breastfeeding guidance and troubleshooting

  • Help with positioning, latch, and comfort

  • Support with milk supply and feeding concerns

  • Reassurance and evidence-based advice tailored to you and your baby

The focus is on supporting you with confidence and care during the early feeding journey.
