1. How do I activate my Parent Sense subscription from Discovery Health?
DHMS members must download and engage with the Health App. Once they activate either the My Pregnancy or My Baby programme, they will gain access to Parent Sense within 48 hours.
Once you have Registered for My Pregnancy or My Baby and waited the required time follow the steps below to activate your FREE Parent Sense subscription.

2. If I have already signed up for the app but haven’t signed up using my Discovery Health membership number how do I activate my subscription?
Please follow the steps outlined below.
If you have any issues please email [email protected] and our team will help you add your premium subscription to your account.

3. What is the difference between the free and premium version of the app?
The premium version of the app gives you access to all content, articles, toolkits, and tracking for you and baby. The free version has limited functionality.
4. How long is my subscription for?
Until your baby is one years old.
5. Can I use the app if I am pregnant?
Yes. We have in-depth content for pregnant moms on the app and a weekly email journey.
Aiah is also available for all members free of charge. This AI chatbot will be able to help you with all your pregnancy related questions.

1. What courses do I have access to?
You will have access to all our Parent Sense courses. The only courses you won’t have access to are the courses for professionals.
2. How do I redeem the courses?
These courses will be preloaded onto your profile when you activate your Discovery Health premium subscription.
