Bringing your baby home after the NICU is a beautiful moment but it can also be an overwhelming time. It’s completely normal to feel excited, tired, nervous, and unsure all at the same time.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.
Your Nurture@Home neonatal nurse coach is here to walk alongside you, answer your questions, and help you feel more confident as you settle into life at home with your little one.

What Nurture@Home Offers

You’ll receive three personalised support sessions with a trained neonatal nurse coach:

Session 1 – Settling In at Home
• Feeding guidance
• Address concerns and note any red flags
• Help you feel grounded in the first days at home

Session 2 – Feeding & Growth
• Feeding progress and guidance
• Weight gain and digestive concerns
• Establishing gentle routines

Session 3 – Sleep, Development & You
• Sleep and growth patterns
• Early development
• Your emotional wellbeing as a mom

Each session is shaped around your baby, your home, and your needs.

What Your Neonatal Nurse Coach Needs From You 

If possible, please prepare the following before your session:

• ✅ Complete your Intake Questionnaire (if you haven’t already)
  • ✅ Have your baby’s discharge summary nearby
  • ✅ Write down any questions or worries
  • ✅ Keep brief feeding and sleep notes from the past day or two

Don’t stress if you don’t have everything – we’ll meet you where you are.

What You Can Expect in Your Session

• A warm, supportive conversation
  • Baby-specific guidance based on your NICU journey
  • Clear help with feeding, weight, sleep, and early cues
  • Emotional support for you
  • Clear advice on when to monitor, when to act, and when to seek medical help

• Your video link will arrive via Bookem or Zoom
  • Please join from a quiet, comfortable space if possible
  • If you have technical difficulties, use the contact details in your booking message
  • If you need to reschedule, follow the link in your confirmation message
